The feet are very grippy, it feels solid, yet easy to move. I put it together in less than 5 minutes . Not as heavy and bigger than I thought, but all good things.

The instructions expect you to have more parts than in the initial parts list. The VDD is very easy to assemble and is sturdy.

I’m 170lbs and training with max 100lbs with this bench. There are better options but the vdd is that the value for money is very good.

For my short-term use this bench is good, but it's definitely not like the kind of higher-quality bench you'd find at your gym. Some reviews discussed that it was difficult to assemble I have no idea how that could be the case.
