There’s something about seeing it written in print that hits home. Would recommend! Fake it till you make it! The media could not be loaded.

I got it as a present for my little brother I hope he likes it It’s something to dip in and dip in out of. My daughter struggles with anxiety and is enjoying reading this book. It has lots of illustrations, different texts and is easy to read.

A lovely book - I’ll be buying more for gifts. It’s written, very much, for children and the constant text changes and images will keep reluctant readers engaged. He’s on the extreme end of the spectrum that confidence will get you through any situation, but I think the messages are sound.

Both of my children, aged 8 and 13 have enjoyed reading this. Sometimes when you talk to your children, whether you’re a parent or - teacher, they simply will not believe you. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this is almost like an adventure book (maybe it is disguised as such) but it’s really self-esteem self-help book. I think it has some really good messages in amongst the adventurer and I think that although it does speak a lot about intuition and trusting your gut instinct in some very extreme situations, trusting yourself is something that underpins confidence.
