The are so good if you brush the teeth slowly and carefully, taking your time to do it properly. This is the reason I got one for myself. I did have a couple of small gripes.

My old Braun Oral-B Vitality toothbrush handed it its cap in after about 5 years of sterling service. I also bought a adaptor because my toilet does not have a shaver socket. However, as we always place the device back onto the charger, its not really a huge issue for us.
