They are well made and will last a long time. Easy to use. Each card has questions written on them that you can use to prompt the client. The affirmations provide positive starting points for the children to change their mindset.
My wife uses the mood cards whilst in therapy sessions with both children and young teens. They are large, bright and have clear easy to read messages.
