The hat and dress are a very smooth soft material and my 4 1/2 mo old loves to squeeze her and grab the brim of hat. Beautiful first doll lovely an soft made well lovely colours Gund certainly lived up to its name for quality and design. I am glad she is machine washable because the white and pink polka dot fabric of sleeves and upper chest is fashioned from a fuzzy material that stuff loves to stick to.

The media could not be loaded. ! 30 years ago my friends and I owned a doll store and I know that this doll would have been a great seller in our store. Her yarn hair is starting to unravel after just a few days but I dont mind as it just makes it look more like hair.

I could have bought it for less if I had waited one more day. I just ordered myself one and at first was disappointed as it's smaller than my first one but I decided finally to keep it. But I didn't feel like returning it. This is a great product.
