I like the sterilization + dry option at 45 min and it is so easy to load it up then have everything done and dry so I can reassemble bottles and put them away. I didn’t use it yet .

The fix involves opening up the unit and rotating the heating element about 180deg. I recommend using filtered water for this appliance.

You'll notice puddles of water below the unit when it's boiling water regardless of how much or little water you put in. Just a little vinegar when the hot plate gets a little white from the minerals in our water. After all water on the bottom has evaporated in impurities and milk left behind is left kinda cooked onto the hot plat which needs to be scrapped off. The unit leaks because of the heating element.

! I am getting everything ready for baby and tried boiling stuff and air drying but this thing gets everything ALL THE WAY DRY!

Cut the zip tie holding the wires together and rotate the heating element about 180deg. Reconnect all the wires and zip tie them back together. Unscrew all the screws from the bottom, there's 1 T10 screw as well.
