They’re both not excited about it, but understand the obligations they have towards each other. My heart screamed for her as she never really had many choices other than to know if she messed up anything she would pay. Unlucky for her, Dion walks into the hotel they’re at and knows the guy she’s dating 😅 Dion decides from there that no one else can have her and he tells her to break it off with him. Don’t even get me started 😍If you love arranged marriages, mmcs who fall first, and have to convince the fmc that they’re worth being with, this is the book for you 💗

BUT this series has me in a chokehold and I cannot get enough of these books. ! This book had a lot of ups and downs but at again, it showed a couple that even though they were forced to be together they knew they were "it" and they grew to love one another and make it work and then fight for it.

Since her mom died, her father has been abusive and uses her for his gain. The spice is 🔥🔥🔥 and the praise Dion gives? This author just has a way of making all of the feels come out and I love that about her. This book is probably my second favorite in the series.
But then the author made me feel bad for Dion as he had such guilt over his mother's death and how deep it really went. Her whole life has been controlled by him and now he threatens her half-sisters if she isn’t a perfect wife for Dion.
