It is one size from 34 to 40. All this is controlled by the included ergonomically shaped rechargeable controller.

It does not operate on batteries, use a rechargeable battery. It looks very good quality, is easy to use and highly recommended to tone your buttocks while you are at home, comes with a very complete instruction manual even with a tab at the end to keep track of the training.

The shorts themselves are of good quality and look sturdy and firm, something necessary for the task for which it is intended. As for operation, everything is controlled from the controller. The placement of the pads is on the back and bottom of the buttock.

When there is no time to go to the gym or for people who by certain circumstances, such as injuries to other areas of the body or diseases that do not allow them certain efforts or movements, becomes a very useful accessory for physical maintenance. So far I reach the 53 level of 99 it has and the intensity is quite high, although I'm doing it well. Personally I am very happy and satisfied with it, at least so far and recommend it if you are looking for something of the style. The brand could have included some in the pack for the same price as it is sold as a high cost and effective product.
