The controller itself is not the highest quality in the world, but not an issue at this price point. Edit: Since the last edit I got an email from the company offering a new revision controller with better a joystick and buttons. If I get more into n64 emulation I'll probably buy an official controller and an adapter. The Suffan N64 controller works great with the Switch and has all the mapped buttons required to play NSO N64.

Should plug and play on Linux based emulation as tested in my experiences. As far as working with Windows, it comes up and functions without any extra help, and Project64 works well with it. I had more fun tonight hanging out with a friend playing Zelda through an emulator using this controller then I have in awhile.

To iNNEXT: just spend an extra 50 cents and put a better joystick or converter chip or whatever in there and bump up the price to $12. See controller mapping below and attached NSO N64 mapping guide. And I was excited to try it out since the price of the controller was great especially in comparison to what the scalpers wanted for switch N64 controllers.

After receiving it I tested it with the windows calibration tool and the joystick was a lot better. Nostalgia is on point for this. I got the controller for the SNES old-school gamesIt feels like the SNES controller it's a good quality controller the buttons don't stick when I first hooked it up I thought I had a bad controller it was the emulator I changed to a different emulator and Thay worked like a charmI was debating if I wanted to go wireless or with a wire but I have read up and everyone says if you run wireless it will have a lag cause USB ports are made for multiple outputs not for speed and the wireless has a lag well these controllers DON'T have a lag soon as you push a bottom thay are on point and that is important when playing a game we know thisThe controller wire is close to 5 and a half foot with a USB end on it soo that is not to bad I would recommend

(Note: there is no rumble in games just incase you didn't know. It is not too shabby. Edit: TL;DR: Company sent out a new revision controller, works well. It doesn't affect the way it functions, it just takes away from the aesthetics of it.
