These are perfect, no problem putting them on - No movement, No pain at the end of working all day with your elbow being stiff/Red. It adds a bit more high to the armrest which makes my chair more ergonomic.

They stay in place and look as if they came with the chair. The memory foams is a tad bit on the firmer side but with a bit of pressure it will mould to where you want it to be. There’s anti-slip material at the bottom to prevent it from moving but my chairs arm rest is an awkward shape so I can’t say its been too effective.

) then it would be perfect. There are two velcro straps on each pad to allow you tying onto the armrest. Even with my arms raised to their highest position they just weren’t quite high enough. They do not feel cheap, pretty premium.
