Materials and Dimensions:
- Durable Build: Made from quality materials to withstand the rigors of daily use.
- Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.
- After one minute, put the plunger on a durable cup and plunge!
- Eliminate Filter Papers: The reusable etched metal filter of the Prismo helps to stop the buildup of sludge.
- Integrated Gasket: This prevents the brew from leaking over the sides.
- When in doubt, use a ceramic or metal vessel

- Grind 20 grams of coffee like for espresso (finely).
- Leave out to air dry, or use a coffee towel to dry thoroughly ready for its next use.

It also tastes slightly less acidic maybe? As other reviews have stated, cleaning the Prismo is slightly more involved than cleaning the standard AeroPress filter cap as you have to rinse the metal filter, this isn't a deal breaker though as it only takes a 30 seconds or so to rinse it under the tap.

I suppose the Prismo could be considered a little expensive for what it is, but then again, it is well made and it does add more flexibility and brewing options to the stock AeroPress. Until the plunger is placed, a drop of coffee will not fall. Reusable Filter: awesome quality, reusable filter.

So you can still travel with it all bundled together and be assured that the pieces won't scatter on the road. Fit.

Bottom Line: As long as you don't mind it looking a little scuffed up, sanding the underside of those 4 tabs should do the trick. A very positive part is that it allows you to make the coffee in the normal position without having to invert the Aeropress, since the valve only opens if there is pressure. It's an interesting device, and if you've come to this page to buy it, it's because you want to improve your aeropress and you'll end up buying it and using it. Also in my images, you'll see that even with the additional height of the Prismo in comparison to the original paper filter attachment that came with the AeroPress Go, the red cap still fits over the cup with everything neatly packed inside.

Coffee cake is made after extraction, so cleaning up after it was easier than others. Full disclosure, I purchased my Fellow Prismo from another supplier but I thought I'd post a review here to help anyone considering buying one.

One of my roommates bought one of the prismo attachments at our old house and I used it for a year. Happy with this, nice solid build, dishwasher safe, and you can buy spare metal filters if needed. According to Fellow, the "Go" was produced after the Prismo, so they do not suggest using it with a Go. See below for my cons and pros.
