In direct comparison, the replacement bulbs are even brighter than the original ones delivered by MagLite. Was hoping more light. Tried one of the two bulbs from the Package. Before head lamps these were it!

Lights are. The replacement bulb, fit perfectly and has a nice bright white light. I should have taken more Lummen is my own fault. My 50 year old pacifier is working again.
