I was nervous about building a Murphy bed when my customer asked me to make one. Okay, first off, the hardware that come with this kit is high quality. Very good hardware kit and detailed instructions. Now, if you are not someone that has at least some experience with woodworking, mechanical plans or safely mounting furniture….

Other than that the build was straightforward. 75 inch sheets, (2) 0. Bravo! High quality and very good looking.

hire someone to install you a Murphy bed. You need to be careful a bit to measure very exactly, but then everything works out great. I used them to plan how much plywood was needed, though I modded them to cater for the mattress size, wall size, and converted them to metric. Skill wise, I have built theater sets for about 3 years so am kinda in between beginner and intermediate level.
