It doesn't give you a puree the way a traditional garlic press would. It was a bit larger than I was expecting but when you use it, you’ll discover it’s the perfect size for a good grip.

But I find myself using it way more tha my old garlic press because it's so darn easy to use and clean. Well then you’ve just found your new best friend… Gracula! Simply place your garlic cloves inside, put his back on and then twist both pieces round and round, back and forth a few times. I don’t like my garlic minced too small so this garlic crusher is perfect for me.
