I understand mistakes happen and maybe a return got mixed up, but I feel like returns for a product like this should be immediately disposed of so something like this doesn’t happen. The format and layout is perfect for those who like to write detailed reviews for themselves and/or decorate their journal their way. This rating is specifically for Amazon, I have no idea why they weren’t checking returns for an item like this. Perfect gift for my niece that loves to read and do reviews on books she’s read. I’m really confused as to how this happened. I ordered this journal a day ago brand new and I got sent a used journal.
