Purchased these ink cartridges like I have been doing for the last 10 years for my HP Printer and they are not compatible. I have uploaded a photo of two demo demo pages, the one on the left was printed using my old generic cartridges and the one of the right was taken using these. Running a small business from home that specialises in stationery, means I need to have good quality equipment to produce top notch results for my customers.

It is not. UPDATE: AMAZON MADE THIS RIGHT AGAIN AND HAS ALLOWED ME TO RETURN. This toner are good quality, however it was supposed to be improved quality.
