The box art is different, but similar, and the box is not as wide, but is much taller. I also bought all the expansions.

***** they made a HeroQuest app so you can have the app play the “dungeon master” so you can actually play by yourself or such as myself, be able to play with my son and have the app do the work. I disagree with the 14+ age recommendation.
