Not everyone can read charts, not everyone can work from written out patterns. Excellent purchase I adore this book!

The introduction covers how to read charts very well and there is a section on how to work each stitch symbol. Neither method is wrong, both are equal skills. The pictures are of a hat scarf. The book is very interesting.

If a page were to tear or the book suffered water damage, the photo might be damaged first but the pattern wouldn’t. I can't imagine how long or how many people it took to do that.

This book is amazing im super excited to try it. I press that I have been knitting for years with the continental method, and finding little or nothing about it in Italian, I learned to work through English videos and websites, so for me the language has not been a limit.

I bought this book for my mom's birthday. I attach some photos of works that I have made using the wonderful points of this book. Each of the 260 patterns/pattern mixes has an accompanying photo of it knitted.

Love the book, the patterns are a bit hard to follow, with the multiple symbols in the graph, I do not recommend this book for a beginner, unless you have support from an experienced knitter. There are also some schemes for making edges and ruffles.
