The local Hermesshop refuses to accept the return because the package is too big. It is very easy to set up with two people. It is clearly the carriers fault and it does not help that the boxes are not sturdy.

BAGS FILLED WITH SAND. The pavilion arrived on time and safely packaged. I bought this gazebo in 2021 and we love it it has been up ever since and the frame is heavy duty as described as well as the quality of the roof cover. I have recommended it to several artisans because they have seen what it endures.
