I was able to remove my fan splitter, use all the headers and save myself some space in the case. This is a great motherboard. Photo is with the RGB fans connected to the motherboard. The MSI Tomahawk MAX just glided in like I'd lathered it up in butter first!

B cooler and my god was it easy to fit. with this board all my problems have gone the VRM cooling on this board is good and the BIOS is light years ahead of the Gigabyte bios.

Got this board after my Gigabyte B450M DS3H failed to run my Ryzen 5 2600 at normal stock speeds without the VRM getting so hot it downclocked the CPU . I bought Crucial Ballistix RAM and the MSI Tomahawk detected the XMP 3200 profile right out the gate. (Forget about the new stuff, that's a future problem)The RGB is probably a deciding vote for you if you are wanting that aesthetic in a motherboard. I would thoroughly recommend you look at this board before buying an inferior board if only so you can overclock your existing CPU or just so you can upgrade the CPU at a later date without worrying about VRM overheating problems.

The undedside of the box was wet as a result. The layout is clearly labelled and easily accessed. Well done MSI!
