The balm looks as if it's going to be thick and difficult to apply, but it is silky smooth and lovely. maybe the feintest hint of lime. On opening, there is no real odour. I liked the fact the pot was glass, not plastic.

I'm hopeful so far - hope to add on a second review after trying this product out. You can massage it into delicate skin areas without dragging the skin. .

Genuine independent review. It was smaller than I expected, but that was my own error - I should have read it was 60g. This may be the cream, or psychosomatic - too early to tell.

so far it feels nice. My problem area is dermatitis at the back of my neck; I will definitely be keen to see how this improves! One of my reasons for purchasing this was the 'neem' fragrance; not a deal breaker though. I have put a little bit on a dermatitis patch behind my ear.

The packaging is very good quality. It has a really lovely texture.
