! Controls can be used via the supplied Remote Control, low setting is whisper quiet, I fell asleep in my bedroom with it on, other settings are great and air cooling power is excellent, using water vapour method it's the best one I've had, and comes with additional water 💧 block to freeze and add extra cooling. This was the only one within my budget with the ice pack option, so I went for it even if there were not many reviews. 👍

I originally experienced a problem with the product, but I contacted customer service through Amazon, and they were super responsive and kind, and solved my problem asap. It's big ! Very impressed.

It also rotates left and right, digital read out of temperature. Even without the ice pack and cool option on, and on the minimum mode, this tower gives out such lovely cool air!

Well worth getting for next years summer, even my friends remarked how effectively this Cooler is and purchased one. So good I didn't use my AC unit !
