The file will be contaminated and showering after this step is important as any errant "flakes" (Ew) will be left on your feet which could spread the infection. I had tried everything. I have tried for 14 months to get rid of them trying nearly everything!

I used these little plastered every day, changing them after a couple of days. I’ve provided photos throughout the process and at times it sometimes looked like it was getting worse rather than better! I used The Tropic exfoliating foot pebble all over and after a hot shower (completely dry foot) whacked these bad boys on them. Make sure it's the last thing you touch in the shower just to be on the safe side.

This stuff is amazing. For the first application gently sand away a little skin with a disposable file (don't make it bleed) then throw away that file then take a shower.

As others have said the white plasters that you stick over the little medicated dots are rubbish - they don’t stick, we didn’t use them at all. In fact the plasters are very sticky indeed.

After that I reinforced with tape and kept that on for 5 days. I personally use Hibi Scrub to clean the spot then wash my hands in the shower as it is a hospital grade sanitiser.

after years of struggling doing every home remedy under the sun(banana,s-acid,ACV, thuja, duct tape alone, garlic oil, test tree oil) these great little veruca pads did the trick! . Researching this is frustrating as you are met with lots of weird stuff like duct taping your feet or some "home remedies" from blog posters who swear by vinegar and potatoes.
I have tried so many things in my sons stubborn verrucas but this is the only thing that works! Here I am- I used these veruca plasters and then covered the area in the squishy plasters they provide then over top of that i used black gorilla duct tape and then used sports zinc oxide (strapping ) tape to keep it all in place.
