I’ve been using this for almost 6 months now so this effect has basically worn off (or I’ve gotten used to it) but I can’t recommend this enough, especially if you’re in an older house or apartment as the water quality likely isn’t very high. 5 years so I’m buying a new one today as a replacement. I’ve lived in the country with hard water, and have curly (2c-3b) hair. And like I said, I really didn’t even expect any results going in, it was meant to just be peace of mind.

I bought this for the sake of doing it, not expecting any real results but I figured I’d at least feel better since the water quality in my apartment is hit or miss. Get it. And today when I changed out the filter and replaced it on my shower head it sprang a leaked on the plastic piece that attaches to the shower pipe.
