Very sturdy, didn't even have to move my ornaments in case they shook off display unit, nothing rattles. So far I can say this has been a very good purchase as I have now been using the treadmill for about two weeks, it's easy to use, for totally unfit newbies it's advisable to stay away from the preset programmes until your confident that your level of fitness has sufficiently improved.

Overall, I would recommend this treadmill and pleased I purchased it, rather than waiting for other suppliers to restock. They were great! My favourite is the Bluetooth speakers.
