Lovely, but what a pain in the good old fashioned butt that the author thought it was a good idea to shove the bird and frog down the binding of the book on the last 2 pages. I had the absolute pleasure of reading "Room on the Broom" to my niece's class, and I can't begin to express how much everyone adored it. What a bewitching delight! Oh My God.

The rhymes, the characters and the illustrations all make this book stand out. Have ordered The Gruffalo, Snail on the whale, Monkey puzzle from same author.

Shame that it hasn't been packaged better, I'm not sure if forcing it through the letter box or how it was transported meant that the book was bent. Other than this a very enjoyable book for my 4 year old who is obsessed with this story.

And the dragon is a massive surprise for new readers, or a firm fave part of the book for novices re reading. pictures perfect.

Must buy for 4-8 age groups. The vibrant illustrations by Axel Scheffler are nothing short of enchanting, bringing the characters to life with every turn of the page. Purchased with others as a gift .

He's very happy to have his own copy. But disappointing that everpage is bent and the cover has a tear mark where it was bent. Definitely a 10/10 recommend for toddlers or young children! Great book very easy to read to your child love this Author
