Reviews
The booktrail
It was a twisty turny read with lots of intrigue and red herrings and characters not knowing what to do and finding things they didn't know what they were until later. I can understand why it wasn't released after the death of Princess Diana though and when the Royal family weren't exactly flavour of the month! Characters were interesting but I admit I didn't know who to believe at times.
love this kind of novel! Glad it was finally published!
Not sure. Settings in London, the Royal Residences and across to Ireland all very strong and a jaunt up to Norfolk will keep BookTrailers happy. It seems a different kind of novel to the others as the author is in the middle of her Seven Sister series so this wasn't as back and forth as some of her other novels, but what it did contain was a good central mystery and the usual crisp writing Lucinda is known for.
Yup, really enjoyed this one. . A mystery and plenty of intrigue in this novel. Most of the novel is set in and around London as the investigation into the letter and other papers comes to the fore.
