Highly recommended. I read this book in a day I could not put it down. Bought as a gift for my stepfather who's an ex submariner. Jason’s honest account of his depression, PTSD and Burnout was truly inspiring, he had me smiling, in tears and gasping as I turned the pages.

The paperback is really good value too! Brilliant Book showing that the members of the special forces are only human and that with the right help they can come out the other side ok.
He's an avid reader and this book looks great, right up his alley. A true Hero 🇬🇧 I really like Foxy on SAS so thought my stepdad would like this alongside a submariner book I also got him. My holiday read for this year, absolutely gripping from the offset.
