Age recommendation:13+ The spherical battle station has a diameter of 900 kilometers and can destroy entire planets with one shot. Scale:1:270000 Death Star A 1/2700000 (Thats the most 0's i've seen in a scale before) scale Death Star and a 1/4500 scale Star Destroyer. This model kit includes two models for you to build. A kit containing two of the most powerful weapons in the Empire's arsenal, the Death Star is arguably the Empire's most powerful weapon. Star Wars fans can relive cinematic history whilst building this 278 piece model. These should take pride and place on any Star Wars fans desk or shelf. 5 x 4cm and can be assembled with no need for scissors. The scale of these two models may not be the same but if it was either the Star Destroyer model would be tiny or the Death Star would not fit in any boxes we have access to.

. needs a lot of paintwork but results are spectacular I was able to fit 2 x 10,000 milliamp rechargeable power bank inside to power a large lighting array. Beautiful kit .

The attached screen caps don't really do the completed model justice as the windows are far more pronounced when viewed in person (or taken with a decent camera :-) ) Drilled hundreds of holes for the windows and muted the lighting with acetate sheeting of various colours. Its a large model, with plenty of room inside to install lighting.

All the lighted ISD kits I've seen use mains power fed through a display base but I wanted to make mine battery powered.
