The only cons I have about this toothpaste is the price, (it can definitely be cheaper for one 4oz @ $12) and that it has a more “liquified” feeling than fluoridated toothpaste when brushing. oz.

Boka has Nano-Hydroxyapatite instead of flouride though and I have been IMPRESSED. I have never been more excited for a toothpaste delivery! Thank you Boca. Then I continue my ADHD rabbit hole into a 50/50 split of videos that were pro flouride and anti flouride.

I anticipated it might taste fake or have an overwhelming flavor. It works better and better the more you use it.

Don't rinse after you use. I now have to return this, so hassle. I have had NO sensitivity issues.

It felt weird not to rinse after use (which the label advised), since that meant I wouldn't be using my mouthwash (which helps my enamel to be as strong as they can be) afterwards. And, long-term, I hope my teeth can benefit from toothpaste products (such as this Boka brand) that help make my remaining enamel be as strong as possible. Aside from flavor, the difference is that the mint gets foamy and the ginger does not. Nano-hydroxyapatite, according to several medical studies, helps me keep as much of the enamel as I can, and in doing so, helps my teeth not be as sensitive as it would be if I didn't use a toothpaste that has this ingredient.
