The W1 Performance
The W1s will provide good extension of extremely high and low frequencies, improved clarity, and rich sound level. 4mm, suitable for IEM bores with a diameter of 5-6mm. The W1 is one of our most popular eartips. The choice in your tips may seem extremely insignificant, but when your tips are poorly fit, the difference is massive. SpinFit's new W1 silicone tips improve both comfort and stability with their unique core design bumping the soundstage while lowering fatigue. The design also improves upon SpinFit's patented annular joint technology with boosted sound reflection and more comfortable fit. They combine two different hardness levels with their inner wave-shaped silicone core, yielding a more stable fit and tip application.

Bass, mids, and treble are still excellent, and the SpinFit tips do seem to preserve more of the detail than others that I've tried on these earphones. Expensive, but well worth it! I usually wear size medium but with these guys I could only get a seal with small, so it was good to have all the sizes this time but it would be nice to be able to purchase the one size I need in the future.

I can't really speak for isolation since these are already semi-open earphones and I wear them in places where I want to be able to hear around me, so this setup is good for my needs. The slight taper also make them infinitely more comfortable for me than the standard spherical shape. Now I'm thinking I need to get more in my size for my other IEMs and see how they affect the sound on those as well, because needless to say I'm in love with these tips. I picked these up for my Sony ex800st IEMs and they fit great!

I’m using the small pair but my ears are so small I’d be happier with extra-small if they made them, though I’d rather the higher grade of silicone which currently is only offered in the W1 line. What I didn't expect was for the already incredible bone conductor drivers to be made even more rumbly by the addition of the Spinfits. I kid you not, I didn’t expect these to make anywhere near the caliber of improvement they did, and I attribute that to their swivel top establishing an unubstructed channel from the IEMs’ sound tubes into the ear canal.

When I initially changed ear tips for the SpinFit , I noticed that there was less sound escaping leading to a better listening experience! My main reasoning for purchasing was for comfort. The silicon used is extremely soft and “grippy”, it is also malleable making it easy to take shape of ones ear. Highly recommend this upgrade, as it not only improves comfort but impressively improves the listening experience!
I got these for my Empire Ears Odyssey IEMs with the intent of them simply being comfortable.
