The media could not be loaded. The whole box was full of powder everywhere so most of 1 tub was useless One can was mangled but the shipping box was fine I'll make due, but this should never have been sent out on the state it was in.

Damaged packaging The delivery was fine and the box was perfect so it's not the delivery persons fault. No issues with Ajax but someone pack a clearly damaged product.

And get return or get a replacement. This damage was from the warehouse. Absolutely LOVe Ajax so ordered the 3 tubs instead of just the 1, the box came damaged, one of the Ajax tubs was split open.
