Because if you are pelvic tilted and you want to get to the edges of your sacrum, the other end always get in your way which makes it uncomfortable( I cut mine into two). Effect is more than what a lacrosse ball can do for the psoas.

I’ve always had tight hip flexors and stretching never quite hit the mark. I wasn’t thrilled with the price at first but once I bit the bullet I felt relief the first use and now use it EVERY day.

It’s the best ever device I’ve used for my tight psoas. I’ve tried stretches, foam rollers attempted to self release it. The pso-rite has helped significantly with releasing my psoas and hip flexors. Take your time following the instructions and ensure your psoas actually starts to “release” as you move along.

From watching the companies Instagram videos, I quickly realized the best method is to target one side of the psoas with one of the “points” and floss(move leg on the side of the targeted psoas from left to right). Price is regrettably high due to lack of competition. The media could not be loaded.
