Having said that, Ken Hom can cook and better still, he knows how to write recipes so we can cook well too! My only misgiving is that not all the recipes are Chinese.

I don’t mind the East meets West dishes but I’m not a Thai fan etc. Look forward to trying out the others. ), Eggs and Corn with Spring Onions and Ginger and Chicken and Black Bean Sauce. I’m married to a Chinese (Singaporean) and I feel guilty always cooking him Western fare so I dug this out and my goodness!
The food turned out delicious, and the recipes were easy to follow. I’ve actually had it for a few years but only recently started to really use it. I've tried several recipes from this cookbook. Tonight I’m making Fish with Peas for first time.
The recipes I’ve tried so far have been easy and best of all, full of taste! Thank you Mr Hom!
