Just need to twist it onto the ring to get the tightness you require then cut the access off with scissors. Really pleased with this product it’s so easy to use just cut how much you need, really comfortable would highly recommend. These are a great fix whilst losing weight until I get my rings resized A bit fiddly to get it on but once it is you don't feel it, I've lost a lot of weight on the run up to my wedding and my engagement ring was getting really loose and we just can't afford to have it resized.

Keep adding more until you get the right fit. The pack comes with various thickness. Pros: decent verity of sizes, easy to use. After looking around found these and what can I say, they do the job perfect!

Cons: still moves round and still bit slippy when wet but doesn't come off the finger I have arthritis and my swollen joints mean my wedding and engagement rings no longer fit. Also feels very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust.

It is really costly to have rings re-sized and not worth it for me when my ring finger size constantly changes with my arthritis. Having just got engaged, we had my ring resized. Then cut it just before the next curl and it curls perfectly at the end.

This is a perfect solution and its hardly noticeable. Good product great packaging nice little zip lock bag to keep them in can be easily cut but once cut there is a slight sharp edge however it does the job However as we have started loosing weight within the time it took to come back my finger had shrunk a little so the ring was still loose. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend!

So easy to put on, you just wrap it around the ring and check it fits ok. These will fix my problem until I reach goal weight and get my ring permanently taken in! Well done Amazon.
