Effective and lasting relief from a blocked nose - particularly good with head colds. So i had to contact doctor to ask if safe to use as a family member has these conditions.

This Vicks Sinex Micromist however appears to be the best of the bunch and here’s why…. Firstly the bottle is bigger than all the other brands, you get a lot more for your money. ! It did say in instructions not to take if you have high blood pressure and heart disease including angina.

Can also breath clearly again. Secondly the dose control on this is much more delicate, there is far less product sprayed per dose yet a quick 2 sprays in each nostril results in a complete clearing of the sinuses within 5 minutes.

Doctor said fine as long as not taking for too long, not to over use. One spray per nostril gives almost instant relief - that lasts for about 8 hours.
