Shank Bhasma (Conch Shell) - It is useful in the treatment of gastritis, acidity, abdominal colic, malabsorption syndrome, dyspepsia, vomiting, nausea and acne (no mention of immunity here).

I've been taking 2 of these in the morning and 2 before bedtime and have now finished the bottle. I didn't experience any side effects from taking them.

products also oky. 1 month Continuously take it then you it will start work in humans body. Unfortunately during this time I still caught every bug going including the flu and the Norovirus so they haven't boosted my immunity, however, what I am impressed with is that some of my colleagues caught these same bugs and were suffering for 5 days, however, I got over all the bugs within 48 hours so they have worked at shortening the duration of the illness, in much the same way as Echinacea works so I think I would take them again when I have an active virus but I wouldn't take them as a preventative measure as they didn't stop any viruses. thanks to Amazon.
