Used this to provide hot water in my garage/workshop. It's good enough for washing ones hands, cups etc but if you want a sink full of steaming water you should look elsewhere (probably 7kw or higher). Bear in mind it's only 3kw, so for the water to be warm the flow needs to be low-ish especially in winter when the infeed temperature is low.
Was easy to fit and seems to work well enough, difficult to fault for the price.
