I'll only have to worry about changing every 10-12 hours even on my heaviest days, so it wont interfere when I'm out having fun. I already have “better” cramps (if that’s even a thing lol). And leaks have been way cut down if any! Really good product.

I finally spoke to my dr about it and found out my anatomy is small! I wore a panty liner just in case and spotted hardly any at all. maybe not. I promptly removed it and reinserted to have no further issues.

That thing is evil! I must start with encouraging every lady to find your right size and shape before giving up! And I have a sterilizing tablet for the end of my period and the cup's cute drawstring storage pouch. This is the second time I’m buying this cup and I had the last one for 3 years.

I purchased this cup after a great deal of research. I've had two natural births and I am 31 yrs old. No worries of leaking, clean up ever morning in the shower as well as at night, wash the cup with warm water and mild unscented soap and reinsert your good to go.

This is the best internal protection I've ever tried and I'm never going to use anything else. Size does matter with cups! I liked that Lunette is smaller than most other models like DivaCup, I like the size of the suction holes, the stem, the size of the rim, and the overall shape of the cup. I would have given it five stars except the stem.

In that time period, I would’ve had to change at least 6 or more super plus tampons and panty liners. Go online and watch some videos about using menstrual cups, there are tons and some from lunette too.
