The Best, Most Transparant Pricing Structure In The Drinks Industry. Palate: Bags-full of vanilla and cinnamon. I reckon it would've remained intact had it dropped six feet. Aged for over 7 years in American oak this golden rum is light and fruity with notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruits. Ordered a bottle of Bruichladdich Islay Barley. This is followed by vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with runny toffee sauce. With its long history of sugarcane cultivation, ancient sugar mills and humid tropical climate, it's the ideal place for rum production.

Tried with water or ice to enjoy the original flavour. Not very sweet gentle vanilla taste.

One of my new found favourites now. It has a similar aroma to 2 Swallows Spiced rum. The first thing you're greeted with is the smooth Aroma of Vanilla and Spice, its very mellow on the pallet and warm on the way down, I prefer this as a neat drink to sip over ice, Mixed with a Good Quality Ginger Beer (Old Jamaica / Bundaberg) I feel you loose the full flavour of the Rum, but it does make a pleasant long drink. My dad loved it so much had to get another one for him :-)Flavour is spot on as described.

Little pricey but one of the best rums i tried so far. Go for it! I personally felt its little creamy.
