The secure strap is very thick and holds the vest securely around your body. The only fault I can say is there aren't any instructions provided on how to properly connect the Velcro strap, an essential part of the vest. I was going to get a cheaper vest but you can definitely feel the strength and durability in this one, it is without a doubt going to last a long time if you look after it. This is great as you can add or remove weight incrementally - I have been using it for weighted press-ups, pull ups and tricep dips.

Really sturdy vest with lots of weights. Have contacted seller so will update this when something is resolved. I've got a big head & shoulders but this goes over my head easy and sits comfy.

The 20kg version I purchased comes with 18 removable metal weights, each weighing approx 1. You get what you pay for. Literally can't use it for anything but strict pull ups.

Absolutely love it, top product and top customer service! The weights sit in little pockets on the vest and are securely held in place with durable Velcro pockets. Vest seems like a great product for everyone else but mine came with no adjustable strap/s for tightening it around the waist.
