Watercolor is OK if you don't try to layer it. Paper is really nice to touch and it works perfect with gouache. Loved working with this paper, exactly as described and was a dream to print on! I bought this paper to make a gouache sketchbook.

Would order again. But they still can be used as palettes. Coloured pencils can be used, but color is not vibrant and you can barely erase anything. Out of the package I had 6 pages that I wouldn't use for sketchbook.

Most pages are good quality, some have minor defects. It was easy to print on, but after reading reviews make sure to only print one page at a time. Loved this paper for our seating chart. I also tried with colored pencils and watercolor.
