I tend to only use a couple of heat settings but adjusting the temperature is easy with added descriptions for synthetics, silk and cotton/linen. Simply the best iron I have ever owned or used!

The only negative thing I can say, is that there is no indicator for water level. - no setting to worry about, fantastic steam pressure, good weight and size - Ironing has suddenly become less of a chore! I bought this to replace my old Philips iron.

It has a bit of weight to it however still comfortable to hold without knocking the temperature controls which was happening all the time with my old iron. I tested it on T-shirts, sweatpants and jeans, it works without problems irons very well, it's quite heavy compared to my old iron, so the hand hurts the first time you iron it, but it's probably a matter of getting used to and using the iron. I no longer need to pull out my large steam generating iron, as this Philips Azur iron is perfect in every way.

A great iron, replaced my old Morphy Richards which frankly was beginning to give up the ghost. This one was well regarded and at a lower price than other top rated irons and it seemed to have all the features I required. My mother has always used Phillips and so I went for the new model, hers is ten years old and still going strong.

This iron is so much better than my old one. The iron has a narrow tip which is ideal for getting in between buttons on shirts. I loved it very easy to use the temperature control and also the cord length just what I needI super recommend the iron .
