Much better and safer than other advertised devices for wax removal that clearly will push any accumulated ear-wax even further down into the ear canal. It has a light and a very nice camera that captures views from inside ear. Easily connected my otoscope device to my android phone within seconds. I'm profoundly deaf in both ears so this device is useful as a maintenance in keeping my ears healthy and clean.

It should be noted that when the battery gets low the picture quality worsens alot, when mine got low the coulers started to go funny and I got black lines throughout the picture. I have had an issue with my right ear for a while but haven't had the time or money go go get it syringed. Worth the price paid. Finally, this amazing device will have many more uses such as inspecting other areas of your body that you can't see such as the scalp and any splinters.

If you are sensible and very careful and NEVER let the soft plastic tip touch the ear drum itself, then this device is brilliant. The results were brilliant - my hearing was noticeably improved, although I still need to use my hearing aids. As a safety measure I only lifted out any wax lumps NOT touching the eardrum itself - and even then left some amounts in for the "natural" self-cleaning that the miraculous ear does anyway. But don't be put off, this product is really ingenious and great to use.

I managed to pull out a load of dried blood that was lodged in there. This device was a life saver! It's a little fiddly to use, when you are removing wax sometimes you can't see what you are dragging out so it takes a bit of trial and error. Overall I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend.

The device has a 130MHA batter which according to the brochure lasts for about 30minutes. Best money I've spent!
