I also used this on my 1 year old & it stayed on for 4 days. )If you have a scab over a healing wound, I would not put this stuff over it. When i finally pulled the tape off, it ripped all the hair off my feet and even a small piece of skin.

I wore 2 pair of socks, I used Mole Skin, I used band aids, I wore my shoes every day for a year before the trip, I did everything I could think of. It has significant advantages over band aids that it doesn't fall off when wet. This stuff is excellent. 7m and will probably not run out anytime soon.

(it sticks like duck tape) the ONLY blister I got was on the very last day when we pushed 20 miles to make it out. I found a lot of experienced hikers suggesting leukotape to wrap known areas of blistering before hikes to prevent the skin to skin friction, so I bought it and had to try it out.

One of them was this tape and the other one was called cover roll stretch which also happened to be by this brand. One thing to note is that the top is fabric and will retain moisture. But that was all well worth it to save myself the pain of blistered feet! This take provides excellent support Im able up take off the pain off my heels and helps me get through the day without thinking about my feet, even exercising has started to become fun again.
