Recommendable. One bottle is good for a month's supply. I've never tried tumeric before, but I've read about it's many benefits including heart, joints and inflammation.

The contents of the tablet are bright yellow and are very easy to swallow, with no after taste. The media could not be loaded. It's certainly not made anything worse or caused any flare ups. As I suffer with IBD I'm keen to try out the reduction in inflammation.

Since being diagnosed with mild scoliosis, I found that turmeric and black pepper helps relieve joint pain. I've not been taking it for too long to notice any benefits yet, but I will try anything to help! Moreover, I have no adverse effects after taking it for a week. As I'm veggie, it's hard to find good quality tablets, but these aren't packed full of unnecessary ingredients.
