Washed very well and even left in the freezer- was fine. But it is my first rectangular. At the time of putting it in the oven I realized that it was not suspended in the grooves of my oven and leaning against the grill was not there.

so I obviated placing another tart mold on the grill so that it stood at the right level. I usually make buns but wanted to try a recipe I found on the internet with this size tray.

It served a party of 20 kids and bigger chunks for adults. I already had some mussels pme. . Used for sponge cake, for an anniversary cake.

Was perfect for making a 2 shaped sponge cake and I’ll surely use it a lot more! Excellent product.

It will be 5 star overall if not for the small dent when I received it, probably next time check for any imperfection before sending it to the buyer, don't worry I will not return it it's too much hassle for me. I baked twice and had a double decker.
