Call it heresy if you wish considering it's supposed to be truffle-based, but this was fantastic on some extra thick double-cut chips, with a dash of vinegar first. 5 stars.

Very nice flavouring for pasta. If you want pure truffle this isn't going to be for you, but if you're looking for 'something a bit different' this is well worth a try. I can't find particularly taste anything like unadulterated black truffle because I presume there's so little in it, but if you forgive that and consider this a general speciality seasoning then it's fantastic in my opinion.

My husband likes it in his potatoes! Flavour is intense and really strong so small amount can go a long way.

A lip-smacking salty seasoning party in your mouth. It's and out-and-out yeasty umami bomb. I find myself a little conflicted about this. Best to keep in sealed or inside a container so it won’t smell in the kitchen.

It did not disappoint me. This is the first time I used truffle dust and has heard a lot of positives about it. Can be sprinkled to other dishes as well.
