This product is one of the best items that I purchased for postpartum care. The design came up high waisted on my body frame(5'3) The padding is sufficient enough throughout the underwear and is not tight on stomach. This method creates a mess free clean up especially at night!

They are very comfortable and stay dry against your skin. On heavier days, I would placed a long pad inside of the underwear, for the added support. This underwear is very comfortable to wear without the bulky feeling, so it does not look bad under clothing.
