I find all the recipes are pretty quick, simple and really tasty! She has pestered me to be vegan because the thought of eggs knock her sick, she’s doesn’t like milk & has alt already. Great recipes with super photos and the introduction is lovely as it’s exactly how I feel, not totally vegan but a good place to be. As a compromise I bought this book for guidance on cakes/goodies etc without egg (shes GF too due to skin irritation!

So fingers crossed we will be able to put together a few vegan & mix with our normal vegi recipes to make sure she gets what she needs! This is my favourite cook book to go to for family evening meals at the moment. Im not a great cook but tried a few things but found the second time I cook them it comes out better so practice makes perfect! Can’t wait to try all the other recipes now!

don’t think I will be so liberal with the freeze dried raspberries as Fearne though they are extortionate! Please don’t judge my presentation skills! . So far, everything I have made has been a hit, and incorporated into our meal plans.

The picture is of the apricot & raspberry slices recipe. My daughter (10) has been vegi a year. X
